Large Organ Transplantation

iTOL-401 is a nanoparticle formulation of SA-FasL for large organ transplants, which provides the ability to do lymph node targeting around the large organ for implementation. Preclinical R&D was conducted at Georgia Tech, Massachusetts General Hospital, University of Pennsylvania, U. Missouri. In-vitro assessment has been completed.
